Yes, thanks for the bug post. This is one feature which has been bothering me to no ends. I am facing this bug since maybe early Jan developer releases of Precise. I have a Dell XPS 15 laptop and a Logitech usb wireless mouse. However, interesting part is that I do not face this issue with Oneiric.
