To solve the problem you've to compile kernel 3.3.2  as in this forum, now i'm 
able to run ubuntu 11.10 at 1024x600 but with VESA driver only..better then 
nothing.
You've to control your wireless card before the installation, but it's all 
described in the post.
I think the 3d support will come with an ubuntu 12.04's update, not so late.
