Hey! I just spoke with the GNU Aspell team. This isn't a bug, there is
an option in KMenu->System Settings->Regional & Language->Spell Checker.
Select the "Consider run-together words as spelling errors". This will
fix the issue. So, this really isn't a bug after all, however I don't
want to close this all the way out, so I am going to change the title
and set it as a wishlist bug. I will email the dev lists and see what
they think about setting this to enabled by default.

BTW, upstream closed the bug, so when it refreshes don't be surprised :)
