That's a pretty cool scope, but I'm not sure that categories would be
the best way to solve this. Categories are more about the status of data
than its nature. Nevertheless, as we don't have any default scope
relying on this kind of filters, categories would have the benefits of
being hidden when the scope is absent.

It's a tad too late for this cycle and not a critical bug fix. I'll try
to have it included in 12.04.1.
