@aquaristdylan007,

It is possible using hda-verb, but without knowing which inputs you're talking
about, I can't give any better instructions.
Also, in order to be able to help other people with the same hardware, could
you do the following:

1) Make sure it is not already fixed upstream, by following these instructions:
https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Audio/UpgradingAlsa/DKMS
2) After a reboot and then test that the problem is still present, take an
alsa-info:
https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Audio/AlsaInfo
3) Fix what makes the sound work in hda_analyzer
4) Take a new alsa-info according to https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Audio/AlsaInfo

Attach both alsa-infos to this bug and also tell me exactly what
switches you flipped in hda_analyzer to fix the sound. Thank you!
