@aquaristdylan007, It is possible using hda-verb, but without knowing which inputs you're talking about, I can't give any better instructions. Also, in order to be able to help other people with the same hardware, could you do the following:
1) Make sure it is not already fixed upstream, by following these instructions: https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Audio/UpgradingAlsa/DKMS 2) After a reboot and then test that the problem is still present, take an alsa-info: https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Audio/AlsaInfo 3) Fix what makes the sound work in hda_analyzer 4) Take a new alsa-info according to https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Audio/AlsaInfo Attach both alsa-infos to this bug and also tell me exactly what switches you flipped in hda_analyzer to fix the sound.
