If it helps, this happened to me, when I had open: https://wiki.jenkins-ci.org/display/JENKINS/Meet+Jenkins https://wiki.jenkins-ci.org/display/JENKINS/Plugins Then tried opening a new tab with https://github.com/jenkinsci/jenkins/blob/master/LICENSE.txt
