I didn't send the patch upstream yet. I don't understand why the patch helps. But when I install 0.9.3-0ubuntu1 again seahorse segfaults. I also built seahorse several times locally (with and without optimisations) to find the problem but all segfaulted also. Only the builds containing the patch didn't segfault.
