Yes, having netx icons and names may be confusing for the user.

The plugin is not associated with that desktop file. Making this change
will cause icedtea-web to fall back to the default icon used by the jre
for java applications (which on some distributions, should be
/usr/share/icons/default/[somesize]/java.png). Arguably, that's even
better.
