Ok , I'll try to test it on the daily build for 12.04, but I don't see
how that will help find the bug in 10.04.

About the mainline kernels, which one shouls I test ? The absolutely latest, or
the one that maps to my current kernel.

the version that maps to my kernel is:

Ubuntu Kernel Version Mainline Kernel Version

2.6.32-40.87 2.6.32.57+drm33.23
