Public bug reported:
Running the packaged maas django shell, the PSERV_URL isn't set
correctly.
It uses getuser() in the URL definition, when the password set in the
config file is for the maas user.
Let's hard-code the maas username there so that the settings are correct
whenever one use the maas shell.
