maybe i have found the troubles source.
according to sensors-detect the only heat management is done by
k10temp
the driver is installed and keeps min temp at 70°C ,which as a result, starts 
with lower fan speed than necessary to cool.
The altered min temperature does not keep the Laptop really silent but assures 
that you have a meltdown quicker than intended by trip_points, who start at 
46°C.
As a result cooling starts with with a fan speed used for a lower trip point 
and has to work more often and prolonged.
Since I will restore the driver in any case back to 46°C (if needed with some 
friends help) i will report my results as soon as possible again here.
