Now is probably not the time for it, but I would note that since the kubuntu-text theme is now nothing more than a .plymouth file to parameterize the common ubuntu-text plugin, it would probably be best to move plymouth-theme-kubuntu-text so that it's also built from kubuntu- default-settings instead.
