Thanks, but this isn't a bug. This will only occur if you've broken the
permissions in your home folder or another app is trying to access
places.sqlite, or places.aqlite is just broken. Please have a look at
this support article: http://support.mozilla.org/en-
US/kb/The%20bookmarks%20and%20history%20system%20will%20not%20be%20functional
