Actually I think you are referring to Apport, the bug reporting tool.
Anyways, have you continually experienced this issue or was it a one
time deal? I have my flash drives running all of the time, browing and
closing and have never experienced this issue. I have Kontact running
the entire time my laptop is powered on as well. Anything else you can
think of you were doing when this occurred? Thanks for the report.
