Public bug reported:

This is probably a combined bug of emboss and primer3 (2.2.3-1).
Expected behavior: eprimer3 program picks primers based on a sequence.
What happens: the program returns with "Error: Missing SEQUENCE tag"
To reproduce, just type eprimer3 -auto (sequence name)

Apparently eprimer3 is using primer3 to pick primers, but the two don't
use the same input sequence syntax, so they can't communicate (Based on
this forum thread: http://emboss.open-
bio.org/pipermail/emboss/2010-October/004003.html)
