I had installed Precise Pangolin Beta 2 on my laptop on an empty partition for testing. I installed it in Italian and had added also English as second language. I went on System Settings on Universal access and enabled it there, now I do not have my laptop here, but if you want as soon as I go home I will tell you exactly the choice I enabled.
