Hi, Nipas. Since Compiz is in such a large state of flux your issue may have been resolved in later versions of compiz. An issue like this has little chance of making it into older ubuntu versions, too. So it would be very helpful if you could download a prerelease version of Ubuntu 12.04 (from http://cdimage.ubuntu.com/daily-live/current/) and test on a liveCD to see if the issue has been resolved. Please note that I'm not recommending that you install 12.04 and that it should be used for testing purposes only.
