I'm seeing this on a Toshiba R835-P92 running Oneric with 3.0.0-17-generic. Also seeing it with kernels that I've built from linux-stable (v3.3.1) and wireless-testing (master-2012-03-27). I haven't explored any of the patches mentioned above or compared them to what's been merged to stable.
