High Contrast theme names in "System settings -> Appearance -> Theme" dropdown menu are not set for translation in Ubuntu's patch (http://bazaar.launchpad.net/~ubuntu-branches/ubuntu/precise/gnome- control- center/precise/view/head:/debian/patches/04_new_appearance_settings.patch#L1326).
