This is a follow-up to bug 968290. Fix for that bug only set "(default)"
translatable.

High Contrast theme names in "System settings -> Appearance -> Theme"
dropdown menu are not set for translation in Ubuntu's patch
(http://bazaar.launchpad.net/~ubuntu-branches/ubuntu/precise/gnome-
control-
center/precise/view/head:/debian/patches/04_new_appearance_settings.patch#L1326).
These names originate from http://l10n.gnome.org/POT/gnome-themes-
standard.gnome-3-4/gnome-themes-standard.gnome-3-4.pot
