Thanks for answers, all back to normal this morning after the usually updates and reboot (exception of the debian grub in place of ubuntu but different matter ;).
Then after reboot the resolution was ok for authentication, and after login in ubuntu standard session changing resolution settings was ok because the monitor was detected correctly again .. Yesterday i tried also all monitor reset/degauss stuff but wasn't solving. Really i have no clue of what appended really, the only thing that changed is the apparition of the video card model in the detail gui where you can see the model of your graphic card /Gpu, after the fresh install there was nothing and now the intel G41 appear. Perhaps between yesterday and today there was some updates about this driver causing some monitor detection failure, just guessing of course. For now all is ok, i think you can close the bug.
