Public bug reported:
while hunting a related uTouch bug I noticed that even while "Enable
mouse clicks with touchpad" is enabled in g-c-c I am not able to trigger
the corresponding behavior.
Unchecking/checking the config option gets me the intended behavior.p.
I have seen a similar issue with horizontal scrolling, where - while
shown as enabled in g-c-c, it wouldn't work until unchecked/checked.
this is reproducable on login.
