Hello Luis, I'm very sorry but now I am just too busy to test that kernel. I uninstalled linux-image-3.0.0-18-generic and now I keep on working with my documents with 3.0.0-17. I hope someone else will try it as soon as possible and see if it works fine. I also must confess that I will have a fresh install of Ubuntu 12.04 LTS as soon as it's out. Regards, Luca
