Binary package hint: update-manager

Can reproduce by installing Fresh Install of Feisty Server Edition, then
installing xubuntu-desktop, then trying to upgrade to Gutsy using this
command: sudo update-manager -c -d and it will fail with some kind of
error which I have pasted below.

sudo update-manager -c -d
