Thanks for reporting this issue.
I just went through the installation for Ubuntu Precise Beta 2, and
tested if I could reproduce it. There, focus moved from "Back" to
"Continue" as expected when I hit tab on the "Who are you?" screen.
Either I am not able to trigger it or it has been fixed in the meantime.
Could you please check back, whether you still have this problem?
