About LP: You can set it back to Unconfimed when you have answered. However, it is really the one who asks the questions (that would be me here) that should react when answers are given. Sorry, I missed this one. I think that the newest, recommended practice is that the one who asks assigns the bug to himself until answers are given. Then he can follow up on his assigned bugs, and set the bug to Confirmed/Unconfirmed/etc depending on the information given.
