Public bug reported:
The Downloads row (bottom row) on the initial screen for Dash Home is
not shown and you need to scroll down to see the names of the files etc.
See screenshot.
I have a 27 inch screen - I think I should be able to see the last line
in one screen.
also the same for all of the major views: Applications, Files and
Folders etc
