Travis: My understanding is that it will still affect fullscreen programs unless you turn on the "undirect full screen windows" option (which stops the pgoram drawing into a texture but causes unsightly flickering when switching between the fullscreen program and the desktop) and causes a slowdown if a picture of the undirected app is needed (e.g. alt-tab) as it has to be temporarily directed to draw into a texture...
