Not installable on Feisty with scribus-ng installed, due to dependency problems: it installs only libgs-dev and libgs-esp-dev and then refuses to install ghostscript. At that point the easiest way out seems to be to do apt-get -f install, which then removes cupsys and a lot of other stuff, and then reinstall all the stuff which cupsys took out.
