Well, I had a peek at the newest source code and the usb_autosuspend
functionality seems to have changed and improved quite a bit (most
important point seems to be the addition of an initial delay). So I
guess it is best to disable or backport usb_autosuspend officially.

I don't believe there are any new "subtle interactions" to be expected,
in fact there are supposed to be less unwanted interactions in my
opinion. Autosuspend only exists to save energy. It's no needed
functionality for proper USB operation.

Also I noticed my printer prints faster without usb_autosuspend.
