In our design call with Mark on Feb 16th, Mark requested that the
default MAAS name be blank and so would show up simply as "MAAS".

In #cloud-dev we discussed this bug report and Francis asked for my
input. I agreed that $hostname MAAS would make a good default in order
to distinguish one MAAS from other MAASes on a network. Mark commented
that it was a nice idea but I don't have the log to paste here. (I'll
dig it out for a subsequent comment.)

Once MAAS can detect and work with other MAASes on the same network, we
could revert to having a blank MAAS name where we've detected just one
MAAS.
