Confirmed in 11.10 (with updates) and 12.04 (beta1 with updates). Menubar in Drracket is invisible (but clickable), independent of the used desktop environment. Installing 5.2.1 from Racket PPA solves the issue. Hope 5.2 makes it into 12.04 ! ;)
