Sergei, thanks for taking the time to test Ubuntu One. That error message seems to point to a disk failure or corrupted dowload, since the only way to cause it is to have a corrupt or truncated library.zip.
On the other hand, your problem is obviously unrelated to the issue where you posted it, which is annoying to those who are subscribed to it because they were affected. Please, if you do care about getting it fixed, create a new bug report.
