I use a ASUS P4P800 latest BIOS (1021.006)
Ubuntu 7.04 I installed two weeks ago
With 2.6.20-15 all works fine with 2.6.20-16 the system stops. See attached 
screenshot.

the screenshoot says, that the system tries to resume from the swap Partition.
I don't know enough to comment this.
