Public bug reported:

The settings menu that you can access by right clicking inside of a
flash video is non responsive, and is impossible to terminate. I do not
know if this is an issue with this flash player, but it was working fine
until a few days ago in Precise.

The settings window will open, but you cannot click on it or close it.
The only way to get rid of it is to refresh the page.
