The XPS 13 also uses a Cypress touchpad, which can be confirmed by going to http://support.dell.com/ and downloading the touchpad driver for this system. Comment #36 notes the existence of a Cypress touchpad kernel driver developed by Cypress, but it is not in the mainline kernel or the kernel in Precise. I am not 100% sure that this driver from Cypress is for the touchpad in the 15z and XPS 13, but it is highly likely, especially because the driver handles multitouch (in kernel, which is why it didn't get accepted into the kernel mainline).
