Well, these are not good news.

Anyway, there's another thing I would like to suggest. Can you try to
add "acpi_apic_instance=2" to your kernel?  (See
https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Kernel/KernelBootParameters for details on how
to do this).

I'm not sure if this will actually have any impact, but it may change
something if the problem is actually on the BIOS.
