Giovanni, If I understand correctly, the issue that you are having is that you cannot see all the files that were marked as duplicates when you imported photos into Shotwell.
We currently have an outstanding feature logged upstream to log all files not imported: http://redmine.yorba.org/issues/2593 There are many features we would like to include in Shotwell.
