w4ett said somewhere else that this is a "8X AGP RV280 64MB 9200SE". However, this line from the Xorg.0.log (running AGP): (II) RADEON(0): [agp] Mode 0x1f004e09 [AGP 0x1039/0x0741; Card 0x1002/0x5964] indicates AFAICS that the card is running 4X.
