This bug is still around and has not yet been fixed. Running Kubuntu with KDE results in panels option menus that can be opened, but can not be closed. The panel effectively refuses to close the "settings" menu, hiding a portion of the screen.
This may not still be the same bug, but I would appreciate someone trying to confirm this, or helping me figure out of there is a bad setting somewhere. This has not been resolved by any of the recent compiz changes. ** Changed in: compiz (Ubuntu) Status: Incomplete => Invalid ** Changed in: compiz (Ubuntu) Status: Invalid => New -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/832426 Title: compiz crashed with SIGILL in CompWindow::destroy() To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/compiz/+bug/832426/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
