libdrm-nouveau1 is only present in lucid and maverick, and not in any later releases. This part of the log also seems to confirm that this is an upgrade to maverick:
Package gir1.0-mutter-2.31 has broken Conflicts on gir1.0-mutter-2.28 Considering gir1.0-mutter-2.28 -1 as a solution to gir1.0-mutter-2.31 1 Added gir1.0-mutter-2.28 to the remove list Fixing gir1.0-mutter-2.31 via remove of gir1.0-mutter-2.28 Since gir1.0-mutter-2.28 is only in lucid, and gir1.0-mutter-2.31 is only in maverick. Feroz, can you confirm whether you were trying to upgrade to Ubuntu 10.10 here? Note that Ubuntu 10.10 will reach end of life within a month; I would recommend staying with Ubuntu 10.04 and upgrading to 12.04 instead once it's released. ** Changed in: update-manager (Ubuntu) Importance: Undecided => Low -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/949560 Title: Could not calculate the upgrade Could not calculate the upgrade Could not calculate the upgrade To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/update-manager/+bug/949560/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
