Preconditions for the occurrence of the problem:
1) The hp-wmi kernel module loaded
2) The command "rfkill list" must show interfaces "hp-wifi" and "hp-bluetooth".

13: hp-bluetooth: Bluetooth
        Soft blocked: no
        Hard blocked: no

Steps to reproduce the bug:
1) In a terminal, run the following command:

rfkill block bluetooth
or
rfkill block wifi

2) This will cause the shutdown of both Wifi and Bluetooth

Possible workaround:
Unload (and blacklist) the hp-wmi module. It is not essential to make Wifi and
