As I wrote here on Bug #36252, installing hal version 0.5.9-1ubuntu2~feisty1 from backports everything works fine. It changed eject command in nautilus with umount. It fixed both bugs, so I guess bug is one in fact and it's related to nautilus "eject" problem.
