Public bug reported: The current emacs-snapshot package has been discontinued in debian/unstable. Romain Francoise, debian maintainer and upstream devloper feels a bit insulted that debian requests him to remove documentation because of its license (GFDL). The package has been removed from debian/unstable and is continued at his website.
I've tested the package and it works fine in gutsy. As long as there is no working emacs22 package in debian/unstable (there is on in experimental, but for a reason), I'd suggest we follow his packages athttp://emacs.orebokech.com/. In this bug I'm requesting a sync of http://emacs.orebokech.com/pool/main/e/emacs-snapshot/emacs- snapshot_20070529-1.dsc ** Affects: emacs-snapshot (Ubuntu) Importance: Undecided Status: Unconfirmed ** Changed in: emacs-snapshot (Ubuntu) Sourcepackagename: None => emacs-snapshot -- please sync emacs-snapshot from http://emacs.orebokech.com/ https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/117703 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is the bug contact for Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
