Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: kppp

if no LAN has been configured prior to launching kppp, it produces an
error message on startup stating that the file /etc/resolv.conf is
absent.

Maybe include the empty /etc/resolv.conf in the installation package?

** Affects: kdenetwork (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Untriaged
         Status: Unconfirmed

** Summary changed:

- kppp produces an error message on startup
+ kppp produces an error message on startup (no /etc/resolv.conf found)
