Still a problem in Precise (12.04 B1). Tried ctrl+alt+a ; ctrl+shift+alt+a; plus some other more random combinations, feature doesn't appear to activate whatever combination I have tried.
Option _is_ available in my keyboard > shortcuts > windows -- settings - see attached.
