Public bug reported: When clicking the Nautilus icon (E.g. home) from Unity's launcher in Ubuntu 11.10 (x64), Nautilus starts but the new Nautilus window is NOT active as expected. Other application windows are active right after starting them. This is rather annoying when immediately trying to resize/replace windows using ctr-shift-numpad shortcuts. These shortcuts then affect a previous window, which is often not even visible...
