Public bug reported:

As described in the title. It's like the click handler make the action as I 
click in the first monitor AND in the second monitor.
Example in the attached screenshoot.

Tested on oneiric and on precise (20120301).

How to replicate: (it's not the only way to replicate but the first I obtain 
poking around a bit. It occours even between suspend cycles but I can't 
replicate it now)
- click on an app in the indicator menu on the smaller secondary screen
- while the menu is still open disconnect the secondary monitor (the hard way, 
pulling the VGA cord)
- now you get the weird behaviour even if you reconnect the secondary monitor 
(until you restart unity).
