Same here... My south bridge is:

I attach also my menu.lst from grub and my fstab. They are all in UUID
form so there is not an excursion i think... It's definitely a critical
bug...

I think it is still be able to boot (till the point it lost interrupt ),
at least, because my system is on an IDE disk...
