Public bug reported: I used uubootn to create a usb drive to test kubuntu alpha2.
I accidentally pulled the usb thumb drive instead of the power cord, so I lost the other bugs I was going to report, However, the system did not even give an error message. So this is a request for an error message if an important filesystem gets removed. There should also be a way to suspend the system if a drive is removed, and give an option for it to be plugged back in. (no way to do this fully gracefully, but some grace would be nice) ** Affects: ubuntu Importance: Undecided Status: New -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/943072 Title: need error message when usb drive removed To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+bug/943072/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
