It is possible to modify these entries during installation but not during uninstallation? Anyway, perhaps I have a nice and easy fix for this. When adding sceenshot handlers to GConf, instead of "shutter --fulscreen" put "shutter --fulscreen | <previous command>" or "shutter --fulscreen | gnome-screenshot"
